BUFFALO, N.Y. (AP) -- Javon McCrea scored 17 points and Buffalo scored the first 13 points of the game, including two 3-pointers from Jarryn Skeete, and was never challenged in an 84-64 victory against Notre Dame (Ohio) on Friday night.
McCrea added five rebounds, five blocks, three assists and two steals to lead the Bulls (5-8). The five blocks game him 128 and moved him past Mark Bortz for fourth place in school history.
Cam Carlin led the Blue Falcons (2-8), a Division II team, with 18 points, and Lawrence DeArmond had 11.
The Bulls made 9 of 15 shots from 3-point range in the first half, including two each by Regan, Auraum Nuiriankh and Skeete, en route to a 45-22 lead at the break.
This was the first meeting between the teams.
