The Bills were edged by the Bengals, 27-24, at home.
Thaddeus Lewis found pay dirt three times (2 pass, 1 rush) on 19 of 32 passing for 216 yards and one fumble. Andy Dalton finished 26 for 40 with 337 yards passing, three touchdowns and one pick for the Bengals.
C.J. Spiller rushed for 55 yards on 10 carries and had two receptions for 11 yards. Scott Chandler was a highlight, catching two passes for 47 yards with a touchdown.
The Buffalo defense surrendered 165 yards rushing and 318 passing. They sacked Dalton three times.
Bengals wide receiver A.J. Green was impressive, churning out 103 receiving yards and one touchdown. After Dalton, he was the top performer for Cincinnati. Wide receiver Marvin Jones was also solid with 71 receiving yards, 34 rushing and one touchdown.
Next week, the Bills head to Miami Gardens to face the Dolphins (3-2) while the Bengals go to Detroit to play the Lions (4-2).
