Bucs need a QB coach as Ron Turner now head coach at FIU

Former Illinois coach Ron Turner is back in the college game as the head coach at Florida International.

So, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are in need of a new quarterbacks coach.

Turner has left the Bucs after one season to take over the post at FIU, quite a step down from the Big Ten job he held previously. Turner got back into the NFL in 2005 when he was named the offensive coordinator of the Chicago Bears. He held that position for five seasons before stopping in Indianapolis and then Tampa Bay.

According to ESPN, Turner received a five-year contract that has a base salary of $500,000.
