Cleveland Browns coach Rob Chudzinski announced Monday that Jason Campbell will start at quarterback this Sunday against the Baltimore Ravens.
Campbell completed 22 of 36 passes for 293 yards with two touchdowns against the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday in place of 2012 first-round draft pick Brandon Weeden.
The Browns fell short, losing 23-17 on the road to the 8-0 Chiefs. However, Campbell's performance convinced Chudzinski that he deserved another start.
"(Campbell) gave us a lift in how he played," Chudzinski said.
In five games (four starts), Weeden has thrown for 1,154 yards with five touchdowns, six interceptions and a passer rating of just 66.5.
