The Browns cut QB Seneca Wallace and TE Evan Moore, according to multiple reports.
Wallace, a 10-year veteran, played in six games with three starts last season. He completed 55-of-107 passes for 567 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions.
He has spent the past two seasons with Cleveland and started four games in 2010. Prior to that, Wallace spent the first seven seasons of his career with the Seahawks. He started eight games in 2008 and threw 11 touchdowns.
The move means that, for the time being, Colt McCoy will be the backup to starting QB Brandon Weeden.
Reports also indicate that the Browns cut Moore, who had 34 catches for 324 yards and four touchdowns last season.
