The Denver Broncos may have a really green starting quarterback, but at least Trevor Siemian will have some elite, experienced receivers to throw to: on Wednesday, general manager John Elway announced that the team signed Emmanuel Sanders to a three-year extension.

The deal, which begins in 2017, is for three years and a reported $33 million; it includes $27 million in guarantees. Sanders initially signed a three-year, $15 million deal with Denver in 2014. Under the terms of that deal, Sanders will make $5.6 million in salary this year.

In his first two years with Denver, Sanders recorded 177 catches for 2,539 yards and 15 touchdowns. He was the Broncos’ leading receiver during their run to the Super Bowl last year, with 16 receptions for 230 yards.
