Milwaukee Brewers relief pitcher Francisco Rodriguez was arrested in September for domestic violence, CBS 58 in Milwaukee reported Saturday. The alleged incident involved his girlfriend at his home on Sept. 17. No charges were filed, but the Waukesha County district attorney told the television station that the case is still being reviewed. Rodriguez was charged with third-degree assault for punching his father-in-law in the family lounge at Citi Field after a game in 2010 when he played for the New York Mets. After pleading guilty for his part in the incident, he was required to attend anger-management therapy for a year.
