It was a tough day for quarterbacks.

St. Louis' Sam Bradford, Chicago's Jay Cutler and Philadelphia's Nick Foles all left with injuries Sunday.

But it wasn't just the quarterbacks who got hurt. Green Bay tight end Jermichael Finley, Tampa Bay running back Doug Martin, Denver cornerback Champ Bailey and Indianapolis wide receiver Reggie Wayne also went down.

Bradford was hurt in the fourth quarter of Sunday's 30-15 loss to Carolina when he landed on his left knee after being shoved out of bounds by Panthers safety Mike Mitchell. The team offered no update on the extent of the injury and Bradford was not made available for comment.

He was to accompany the team on the flight back to St. Louis late Sunday afternoon. Coach Jeff Fisher said Bradford ''was in significant pain on the sideline.''

Bradford had X-rays on the knee before leaving Charlotte.

''It's a left knee and it's the knee with the brace on it,'' Fisher said. ''We're going to get off the airplane and he'll go have an MRI, so we'll have some information on that later.''

As for the injury, Fisher said: ''I'm not going to speculate. I'm not going to deal with hypotheticals until I find out what's going on with him. It makes no sense to rush to any conclusion with him. Not until we know.''

Cutler injured his groin when he was sacked in the second quarter of a 45-41 loss at Washington.

Asked how seriously Cutler was hurt, Bears coach Marc Trestman replied: ''I don't have any sense at all. I'm just going to wait and see what the doctors say.''

Cutler is scheduled to have an MRI exam Monday.

''He'll be evaluated when we get back and we'll know more in the next couple days,'' Trestman said. ''It's a groin. It's not a knee. It's not an ankle. It's not a hip.''

The Bears also lost linebacker Lance Briggs (shoulder) and cornerback Charles Tillman (knee) to injuries in the second half.

Foles suffered a head injury when he was sacked by George Selvie and Jarius Wynn on the final play of the third quarter. He walked to the sideline on his own power and was evaluated by trainers. Foles walked to the locker room as the fourth quarter started.

There was no word on the extent of Foles' injury.

Green Bay lost another offensive threat when Finley was taken off the field on a stretcher in the fourth quarter following a late hit by Cleveland safety Tashaun Gipson. The Packers, who went on to a 31-13 victory, said he had a neck injury but had movement in his extremities.

Martin was sidelined by a shoulder injury during Tampa Bay's 31-23 loss at Atlanta. He said he is ''not sure yet'' if he will play in Thursday night's game against Carolina.

''Just have to hope for the best,'' he said.

Bailey left in the second quarter of Denver's 39-33 loss at Indy with a left foot injury, the same foot that kept him out of the first five games this season. Wayne departed in the fourth quarter with a sprained right knee.

Houston's Arian Foster hurt his hamstring in the first quarter. His backup, Ben Tate, left early in the second half when he took a hard blow to his shoulder and ribs, and Pro Bowl linebacker Brian Cushing left later in the third quarter with what appeared to be a left knee injury.

Other injuries Sunday included Cincinnati Bengals cornerback Leon Hall, who hurt his Achilles' tendon.

''It seems pretty significant,'' Bengals coach Marvin Lewis said.

The Bengals also lost defensive tackle Devon Still in the first half with an elbow injury. Lions offensive lineman Corey Hilliard hurt his knee in the second half, and Detroit cornerback Rashean Mathis went down with a groin injury.

Bills linebacker Manny Lawson left the game at Miami with a hamstring injury.
