BOWLING GREEN, Ohio (AP) -- A'uston Calhoun scored 24 points and Bowling Green shot 63.6 percent in the second half to defeat Western Michigan 70-60 Wednesday night in a Mid-American Conference game.
Calhoun scored 13 points after halftime, when the Falcons (10-14, 5-6) hit 14 of 22 shots to pull away from a 30-30 halftime tie.
The Broncos (15-9, 7-4), who remained tied for the MAC West Division lead because Toledo lost to Buffalo, shot 48.5 percent (11 of 24) in the second half.
Bowling Green led 42-40 with 14:18 remaining before a jumper by Luke Kraus started a 14-2 Falcons run for a 56-42 lead with 7:07 left.
Crawford finished with 13 points and Chauncey Orr 11 for Bowling Green. Richaun Holmes had eight points and nine rebounds.
