Other key players for the Clippers included Darren Collison with 20 points and 7 assists, DeAndre Jordan with 13 points and 10 rebounds, and Jamal Crawford with 11 points and 6 rebounds. Despite the loss, Kendall Marshall put up 16 points for the Lakers on 6-11 shooting, including 3-4 from behind the arc. He also added 10 assists. Robert Sacre contributed 14 points and 7 rebounds, Nick Young finished with 11 points and 7 rebounds, and Pau Gasol put up 10 points and 8 rebounds.
After putting up a sparkling assist-to-turnover ratio of 3.00, the Clippers are 6-2 on the season when eclipsing 2.50 in this category. However, the Lakers are 1-7 when allowing their opponents to achieve such a lofty ratio.
The Lakers (14-23) have now dropped their last four straight contests.
