Williams was a risky draft pick in 2010, even though he was taken in the fourth round. Character issues were abound during his junior season at Syracuse, when he quit the team following a suspension. There's no denying his talent, which was evident as a rookie with the Bucs.
In his first season with Tampa Bay, he caught 65 passes for 964 yards and 11 touchdowns. It's been up and down since. In 2011, he only managed 771 yards and three touchdowns, but rebounded for 996 yards and nine touchdowns in 2012.
His 2013 campaign was cut short due to a hamstring injury that resulted in being placed on injured reserve six games into the season.
Williams has endured a rocky offseason so far. Over a week ago, Williams was allegedly stabbed in the leg by his brother, Eric Baylor, who has since turned himself into police. He's also being sued for allegedly starting a kitchen fire and filing a false claim to his insurance company.
