The Buffalo Bills announced Friday that they signed first round draft choice, quarterback EJ Manuel.
With Manuel, the Bills have signed all eight of the draft picks. Manuel was taken No. 16 overall in the April draft.
He is competing with Kevin Kolb for the starting job.
Manuel starred at Florida State, leading the Seminoles to a 25-6 record while he was a starter. He also helped the team win four bowl games, becoming only the second quarterback in FBS history to accomplish the feat.
Manuel is Florida State's all-time leader with a 66.9 percent completion percentage and is among the school's top five with 7,736 passing yards, 8,563 offensive yards, 600 completions and 897 passing attempts.
