Bills Let One Get Away Against Raiders, 26-24
The Bills were edged by the Raiders, 26-24, in Oakland.
Kyle Orton lit up the Raiders for three scores on 32 of 49 passing for 329 yards and two picks. For the Raiders, Derek Carr wound up 17 for 34 with 214 yards passing, two touchdowns and no interceptions.
Fred Jackson gained 10 yards on six carries in addition to nine receptions for 93 yards. Scott Chandler caught four passes for 37 yards with a score.
The Buffalo defense gave up 140 yards rushing and 214 passing. They got to Carr once for a sack.
Raiders wide receiver Kenbrell Thompkins was impressive, churning out 90 receiving yards. Running back Latavius Murray was also solid with 86 rushing yards and 22 receiving.
The Bills head to Foxborough next week to face off with the Patriots (12-3) while the Raiders travel to Denver to play the Broncos (11-3).
