Bills Crush Dolphins, 29-10
Sammy Watkins had a big day receiving, leading the way to a sound victory for the Bills over the Dolphins, 29-10, at home.
E.J. Manuel finished the game 16 of 26 with 202 yards passing, one touchdown and no interceptions. In comparison, Ryan Tannehill went 31 of 49 with 241 yards passing, one touchdown and one pick for the Dolphins.
C.J. Spiller rushed for 69 yards on 12 attempts. Watkins was a weapon for the offense, catching eight balls for 117 yards with a touchdown.
The Buffalo defense was the deciding factor in the victory, giving up 80 yards rushing and 241 passing. They harassed Tannehill and the Dolphins offensive line with an imposing four sacks.
Dolphins tight end Charles Clay tallied 31 receiving yards. Wide receiver Mike Wallace also had a noteworthy performance with 56 receiving yards and one touchdown.
The Bills host the Chargers (0-1) next week while the Dolphins take on the Chiefs (0-1), also at home.
