Bellator 83 is scheduled for Dec. 7 at Caesars Palace Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City and will feature Rad Martinez vs. Shahbulat Shamhalaev in a featherweight tournament final. Shamhalaev has won his last 10 fights while Martinez has won his last five fights. The winner will get the chance to compete for the championship title. Another highlight of Bellator 83 will be Zoila Frausto Gurgel's second fight after knee surgery, and she will face Jessica Eye.
