A year ago, the Bears had their entire draft class under contract by May 15. This year, they're ahead of schedule, having signed two members of their 2013 crop to four-year contracts.
Fifth-round pick Jordan Mills (163rd overall) and sixth-rounder Cornelius Washington (188th overall) were the first picks to sign from the 2013 NFL Draft.
Mills started 34 games in his career, including 29 at right tackle and five at left guard in four seasons at Louisiana Tech.
Washington started 25 games and appeared in 51 at Georgia. He had 10.5 career sacks and 63 quarterback pressures.
