The Bears squeezed by the Ravens, 23-20, at home.
Josh McCown finished with 216 yards on 19 for 31 passing, one touchdown and no interceptions. On the Ravens side, Joe Flacco went 17 for 31 with 162 yards passing, one touchdown and two picks.
Matt Forte ran all over the Ravens for 83 yards on 18 attempts in addition to five receptions for 42 yards and a touchdown. Alshon Jeffery was a weapon for the offense, catching seven passes for 83 yards.
The Chicago defense was the difference in the victory, allowing 162 yards passing and 174 rushing while bringing back one interception for a touchdown. They got to Flacco for three sacks.
Lastly, Robbie Gould was perfect, hitting all three of the field goals he attempted.
Ravens running back Ray Rice provided some spark with 131 yards rushing, 17 receiving and one touchdown.
The Bears head to St. Louis next week to face off with the Rams (4-6) while the Ravens will play host to the Jets (5-5).
