Bears Beaten by Vikings, 13-9
The Bears dropped one to the Vikings, 13-9, at TCF Bank Stadium.
Jay Cutler couldn't reach the end zone as he went 23 for 36 passing for only 172 yards and no interceptions. Teddy Bridgewater ended up going 17 of 25 with 209 yards passing, one touchdown and one pick for the Vikings.
Matt Forte gained 51 yards on 17 carries in addition to eight receptions for 23 yards. Martellus Bennett was a highlight, catching eight balls for 59 yards.
The Chicago defense played tough in the loss, allowing 121 yards rushing and 209 passing. They sacked Bridgewater three times.
Vikings running back Matt Asiata had a big game, putting up 91 yards rushing and 17 receiving. Wide receiver Adam Thielen also put together a noteworthy performance with 68 receiving yards and one touchdown.
