The Falcons were nipped by the Packers, 22-21, in Green Bay.
Matt Ryan found pay dirt two times on 20 of 35 passing for 206 yards, one pick and one fumble. Matt Flynn finished 24 for 32 with 258 yards passing, one touchdown, one pick and one fumble for the Packers.
Steven Jackson rushed for 71 yards on 15 carries. Tony Gonzalez snagged three balls for 25 yards while adding a touchdown.
The Atlanta defense played tough in the loss, giving up 112 yards rushing and 258 passing while taking back one interception for a touchdown. They manhandled Flynn with five sacks.
Packers tight end Andrew Quarless was impressive, churning out 66 receiving yards and one touchdown. Running back Eddie Lacy also performed well with 65 rushing yards, 25 receiving and one touchdown.
The Falcons will play host to the Redskins (3-9) next week while the Packers head to Arlington to face off with the Cowboys (7-5).
