Athletes, celebrities react to Serena Williams' historic Wimbledon victory
Serena Williams won her 22nd Grand Slam singles title with a 7-5, 6-3 win over Angelique Kerber in Saturday’s Wimbledon final. The win ties her with Steffi Graf for most Grand Slam singles titles in the Open era. After the match, athletes and celebrities rushed to social media to congratulate Williams on her historic accomplishment.
