WEST POINT, N.Y. (AP) -- Kyle Wilson scored 23 points on Saturday and Army snapped a five-game losing streak with a strong defensive effort to defeat St. Francis Brooklyn 67-54.
Army (2-6) played a platoon substitution pattern in the first half to lead 41-24 at the break.
The Black Knights were scoreless for almost 5 minutes after going ahead 56-35 on Wilson's fourth 3-pointer. But St. Francis scored only four points during that span.
Wilson was 4 of 5 from 3-point range. Tanner Plomb had 11 and points and Dylan Cox added 10.
St. Francis (5-4) made a 7-1 run to close the gap to 61-48 with 5:58 left in the game, but never got closer and finished the game 16 of 61 from the field with only one assist and 12 turnovers.
Sheldon Hagigal had a career high 13 points and Ben Mockford added 12 for the Terriers.
