Cyclist Lance Armstrong is being sued for $12 million in bonuses paid to him for winning the Tour de France. SCA Promotions filed a lawsuit Thursday in Dallas district court, according to multiple reports, claiming that Armstrong's admission that he took performance-enhancing drugs proves a conspiracy to cheat and defraud the company. Armstrong's lawyer, Tim Herman, told USA Today Tuesday that there was no precedent for such a payback. "My only point is no athlete ever, to my understanding, has ever gone back and paid back his compensation," Herman told the paper. "Not [New Orleans Saints head football coach] Sean Payton or anybody else. They were suspended, but nobody said you've got to give your paycheck back."
