The Cardinals escaped the Texans, 27-24, at home.
Carson Palmer found the end zone for two scores against the Texans on 20 of 32 passing for 241 yards, one pick and one fumble. Case Keenum went 22 of 43 with 201 yards passing, three touchdowns and one fumble for the Texans.
Andre Ellington rushed for 55 yards on 11 attempts in addition to two receptions for 18 yards. Rob Housler was a top receiver, catching four balls for 57 yards with a touchdown.
The Arizona defense had a decent game, highlighted by keeping the Texans in check with 76 yards rushing and 201 passing. They brought down Keenum for three sacks.
Texans wide receiver Andre Johnson gave a standout effort with 37 receiving yards and two touchdowns. Wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins also gave a strong effort with 69 receiving yards.
The Cardinals head to Jacksonville next week to face off with the Jaguars (1-8) while the Texans will play host to the Raiders (3-6).
