NEW YORK (AP) -- Comments on the St. Louis Rams by the AP Pro32 panel (ranking in parentheses):
---
ST. LOUIS RAMS (24)
Chris Berman (ESPN, 24) - Young team at home always helpful.
Clifton Brown (Sporting News, 25) - Sam Bradford looks more comfortable. Jeff Fisher is making a difference.
Cris Collinsworth (NBC Sports, 26) - Impressive comeback win.
Rich Gannon (CBS Sports/SiriusXM NFL Radio, 25) - Bradford is coming on and so is Amendola. Good sign!
Bob Glauber (Newsday, 23) - Offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer was booted out of New York after last season, but Sam Bradford isn't complaining. The Rams' offense exploded against Washington, with Bradford and WR Danny Amendola (15 receptions) playing pitch-and-catch in a 31-28 win.
Rick Gosselin (Dallas Morning News, 23) - Sam Bradford reminded everyone last weekend that Robert Griffin III isn't the only Heisman Trophy-winning quarterback to come out of the Big 12.
Clark Judge (CBSSports.com, 19) - The Rams should've beaten Detroit. Then they did beat RG3 and Washington. We knew they would be more physical under Jeff Fisher, but they may be better, much better, than anyone imagined.
Ira Kaufman (Tampa Tribune, 22) - Let's not forget this Bradford kid can play.
Pat Kirwan (SiriusXM NFL Radio/CBSSports.com, 22) - The Rams defense is looking like a Jeff Fisher defense and the offense is a work in progress. If the Rams offensive linemen protect Bradford he will continue to have 300-yard passing days. It appears they found a running back in Richardson to take some of the workload off Steven Jackson.
John Lynch (Fox Sports, 23) - Impressive and hard fought win for the Rams against the 'Skins. Bradford looked great, but the star of the show was Danny Amendola with 15 grabs.
Alex Marvez (Foxsports.com, 23) - With his 15 catches for 160 yards and one touchdown, wide receiver Danny Amendola helped quarterback Sam Bradford look his best since winning NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year honors in 2010.
Dan Pompei (Chicago Tribune, 22) - This team knows how to draw an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty with the best of them.
