The Ultimate Fighter returns to Brazil for its second edition with a coaching match-up pitting Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira against Fabricio Werdum.

The coaches recently revealed their assistants, according to a report from Brazilian website GloboSporte.com.

Nogueira’s assistant coaches include his brother, Antonio Rogerio Nogueira, as an MMA coach; Everaldo Penco as a jiu-jitsu coach; Eric Albarracin for wrestling; Muay Thai coach Sheymon Moraes; and kickboxing coach Vitor Miranda.

Werdum’s team also features a standouts in MMA coach Wanderlei Silva and Muay Thai coach Rafael Cordeiro, the head of King’s MMA and the former head of Chute Boxe. Other coaches include Rubens Cobrinha for jiu-jitsu, Kenny Johnson heading up wrestling, and Fabricio’s brother, Felipe Werdum, as a capoeira coach.

Few concrete details about TUF Brasil 2 have been officially released. The tryouts, however, featured lightweight and welterweights, and the UFC has confirmed that Nogueira and Werdum will fight following the season’s conclusion, likely on June 8 at a location to be determined.

TUF coaching experience runs deep for season 2 as Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira and Wanderlei Silva have both been head coaches on The Ultimate Fighter in the past. Nogueira coached opposite Frank Mir for TUF 8 in the U.S., while Silva and Vitor Belfort launched TUF Brasil last year.
