Recommendation:Â Davis suffered a concussion after taking an errant elbow from teammate Austin Rivers. As part of the NBA's concussion protocol, Davis will have to undergo a series of tests and have no symptoms recur before the NBA will allow him back on the court. The initial prognosis was that the concussion is mild; however, a true assertion of the severity of a concussion can generally not be measured until after full recovery. Don't panic, but just be aware that Davis could miss anywhere between one game and 10. The Hornets are calling Davis day-to-day, but we're considering him out indefinitely.
