The Sixers are considering having Bynum undergo arthroscopic surgery on his right knee, which could end the big man's season, the Philadelphia Inquirer reports. "During this period of time, he’s not made any progress, and that’s obviously very concerning," coach Doug Collins said. "His concern that he was moving forward and he got to a point with the swelling where he’s making no progress."
Recommendation: Bynum said his left knee "feels good," but his right knee is the one that is giving him trouble. He experienced swelling in the knee after last Friday's scrimmage. It's becoming increasingly more likely that Bynum will sit out the rest of the season.
