Recommendation: Casilla was a non-tender candidate by Minnesota after he struggled again to hold down a starting job and had jut a .603 OPS. It looks like he'll have a utility job with Baltimore and an outside shot at a starting job next spring, depending on other offseason moves.

Update: Casilla was claimed off waivers by Baltimore from Minnesota, the Baltimore Sun reports. "He has really good speed and plays good defense. He should be in the mix (for second base) this year," GM Dan Duquette said.
