Recommendation: Rios injured the back while lifting on Saturday and was scratched from the team's game Sunday despite insistence from manager Robin Ventura that the injury was "no big deal." It was thought he would be able to play Monday but was a late scratch and was taken to get his back examined. "I don't think there's anything to worry about," Rios said. "It's going to take a few days. I just have to wait it out. I'll be fine." Rios claims he's had this problem with his back before in his career and that he'll be okay soon. Regardless of what Rios and the White Sox say, it's definitely something to keep an eye on with Opening Day one week away. DeWayne Wise will take Rios' spot in right field for Monday's game and will likely continue to do so until Rios is healthy.
