Guillermo Ochoa kept PSG off the score sheet Sunday in Corsica, as Alex Dupont's team drew to a 0-0 scoreline against Carlo Ancelotti's side.
With Zlatan Ibrahimovic missing from PSG's lineup, Argentine internationals Javier Pastore and Ezequiel Lavezzi were still on hand to provide firepower for Les Parisiens. Lavezzi would be red carded, as would be Ancelotti, as the heavy favorite to win Ligue 1 limped to a draw.
"It was a good game," said Ajaccio boss Alex Dupont after the game. "This was the game we wanted to play."
Despite the numerical advantage, PSG was still able to generate offense throughout the match, being turned away time and again by Mexican international goalkeeper Ochoa. Despite the former Club America netminder's great performance, frustration with the offense was evident on Dupont's part.
"We had the opportunity to win, but we did not benefit from our numerical advantage," he said.
