Update: Hernandez (ankle) practiced again Thursday in a limited fashion, the Patriots' official site reports.
Recommendation: We'll see how the Patriots list Hernandez for Sunday's game against the Seahawks on Friday, but he's trending in the right direction here and seems to have a real chance at seeing his first action since Week 2.
