San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Michael Crabtree will play Sunday when then they take on the visiting St. Louis Rams.
Crabtree was activated from the physically unable to perform list Tuesday. He had surgery in May to repair a torn Achilles tendon. He was injured during a spring practice.

Crabtree was placed on the PUP list Aug. 27 and returned to practice Nov. 5.
The 49ers listed the following players on their injury report as questionable for Sunday's game: linebacker Ahmad Brooks (stinger), cornerback Tarell Brown (ribs), tight end Garret Celek (hamstring), guard Mike Iupati (knee), defensive tackle Ray McDonald (ankle), receiver Quinton Patton (foot) and linebacker Aldon Smith (shoulder).
