49ers trade for Bills WR Stevie Johnson
The San Francisco 49ers traded a 2015 fourth-round draft pick to the Buffalo Bills to acquire wide receiver Stevie Johnson.
It's a conditional pick that could become a third-rounder, according to ESPN.
Johnson caught 52 passes for 597 yards and three touchdowns in a dozen games last season as he battled back, groin and hamstring problems.
Johnson averaged 79 receptions and had three consecutive 1,000-yard seasons between 2010 and 2012.
Johnson is a San Francisco native.
He joins a receiving corps that already includes Anquan Boldin and Michael Crabtree.
