The 49ers re-signed linebacker Larry Grant and wide receiver Brett Swain to one-year deals. Grant, a seventh-round pick by the 49ers in 2008, signed the one-year deal he had been tendered previously. After spending three seasons in St. Louis, Grant return to San Francisco in 2011 and set a career high with 30 tackles while adding a pair of sacks and 10 tackles on special teams. Swain was a seventh-round pick by the Packers in 2008 and signed with the 49ers last October. He caught two passes for 15 yards in five games.
