2017 NFL Draft: 49ers draft Solomon Thomas third overall

Bobby Burack, managing editor of cover32 Packers, will be breaking the news on all the first round picks for cover32 as they are picked tonight. Along with an updated list of all the previous picks, with the upcoming teams to select.

With the third pick in the 2017 NFL Draft, the 49ers select Solomon Thomas, Defensive end out of Stanford.

This was after they traded the second overall pick with the Chicago Bears.

The 49ers are an all-new team under new GM John Lynch.
