COMMENTARY | The Cleveland Browns had a pretty solid Bye week. They got the help they needed in the division standings when the Baltimore Ravens defeated the Cincinnati Bengals, and both Jason Campbell and Greg Little were able to rest up and get healthy. I believe the Browns, when starting a good quarterback, are the best team in the AFC North.
Let's see if other NFL analysts agree with that assessment.
Where the Cleveland Browns are in Week 11 NFL power rankings: ESPN
The NFL writers over at ESPN were not impressed with how Week 10 played out for Cleveland. They dropped the Browns a spot down to 19 in their updated power rankings. This question was asked in that particular piece: "Is the AFC North still a legitimate race?"
Both the Browns and Ravens are within two games in the win column of Cincy. Yes, the race is very much so legitimate
Where the Cleveland Browns are in Week 11 NFL power rankings: CBS
Pete Prisco of CBS agreed with ESPN this time around. He also dropped the Browns to 19. " Win it, and they are in it," Prisco wrote. If you look at the current Wild Card standings, you'll see that a loss wouldn't at all kill off Cleveland's playoff hopes.
Where the Cleveland Browns are in Week 11 NFL power rankings: Shutdown Corner
Frank Schwab was consistent with his latest power rankings, keeping the Browns at 18. He wrote that fans can get "legitimately excited" about the possibility of the team winning the division if the Browns pick up a victory in Cincinnati on Sunday. Mr. Schwab should tune into Cleveland sports talk radio. Browns fans are already very excited.
It's the hope that kills you.

Justin Rogers moved Cleveland up a couple of spots. He has the Browns at 17. Only one other list was as kind as was Rogers'. Spoiler alert: It's not the next one.

"Mid-November relevance is a beautiful thing in Cleveland," wrote Mike Florio, who kept the Browns at 20th in his NFL power rankings. Do you know what is even more beautiful? Relevance in December and January.
Where the Cleveland Browns are in Week 11 NFL power rankings: New York Daily News
Hank Gola of the NYDN bumped Cleveland up two spots to 17. For what it is worth, Gola put the Bengals at 10 and the Ravens at 18. The Pittsburgh Steelers are all the way down at 28 in his list.
Keeping Cleveland at around 17-19 in NFL power rankings coming off of the Bye is more than fair. The Browns have an opportunity to prove this Sunday that they are for real and that they have the ability to win the division. You can expect to see the team above 16 in lists at this time next week if Cleveland defeats Cincinnati for the second time this season.
