Week 1 of the 2012 NFL preseason features games from Thursday, August 9 to Monday, August 13. From the Washington Redskins getting their first look at Robert Griffin III in NFL preseason action to Andrew Luck of the Indianapolis Colts getting his first chance at running the offense on Sunday afternoon, all 32 teams minus the New Orleans Saints and Arizona Cardinals (who participated in the Hall of Fame Game) will get their first taste of preseason action. There are six nationally-televised games this week.
