Yahoo Contributor Network

The 2012 NCAA Division I-A College Football schedule will begin with Week 3 games on September 13, 2012. The Week 3 schedule covers games from September 13 through September 16. There are no Associated Press Top 25 teams who play on September 13, 14 or 16.

There are three games in which both of the representatives are ranked in the AP Top 25. The Alabama Crimson Tide and USC Trojans will both defend their top-two rankings with road games against conference foes. The James Madison Dukes vs. West Virginia Mountaineers contest will be played at FedEx Field in Landover, Maryland.

All times are listed as Central Time (CT). All games where both teams are top-25 representatives are italicized. Games that are played at neutral locations are indicated with a "vs." instead of an "at." The format for this schedule is "Game (time, major network)." The schedule is ordered by the highest rankings, not earliest times.
