The 2012 Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame Tip-Off is a two-day early season invitational college basketball tournament held in Uncasville, CT. A tournament also featuring games at campus sites, the event is played entirely at Mohegan Sun Arena and consists of two four-team brackets.
The following teams will participate in this year's tournament: Loyola University Maryland (MAAC), Norfolk State University (MEAC), Ohio State University (Big Ten), Seton Hall University (Big East), University of Albany (America East), University of Missouri-Kansas City (Summit League), University of Rhode Island (Atlantic 10), University of Washington (Pac-12).
