Once again, ESPN will host their annual day-long college basketball marathon to help bring in the new season. Featuring teams from sixteen conferences, a dozen back-to-back games will be played on Tuesday, November 13 and broadcast on ESPN. Starting with a midnight EST contest between the West Virginia Mountaineers and Gonzaga Bulldogs and culminating with the Duke Blue Devils facing the national champion Kentucky Wildcats, this marathon of games will satisfy the cravings of all basketball fanatics.
The two top matchups happen at the end of the day between four of the top college basketball programs in the nation. In the first game of the Champions Classic in the Georgia Dome, Michigan State and Kansas will go head-to-head. Following them, Kentucky faces Duke in one of the first marquee matchups of the season.
