On the Hoof: Minor possesses outstanding leaping ability and has a thin upper body. He is similar in build to Chris Dunkley in the 2010 class, just taller.
Needs Improvement: Minor is a tad stiff and needs to work on his change of direction by making sharper cuts coming out of his breaks. He also fights the ball at times on bad throws. Working on making the tough catch look easy is something he can improve upon.
Most Impressive: He has excellent lower-body structure and is one of the faster receivers in the country. His speed makes him a definite candidate for returning kicks, where his straight-line speed will allow him to blow by coverage men.
Conclusion: He most likely needs a redshirt year as he learns the offense and improves his route running. He could become a special-teams threat on kick returns.
