Bozeman spent the past three seasons as an assistant under Joe McKeown, who resigned this month after a 19-year tenure to become the women's coach at Northwestern. The Colonials advanced to the NCAA tournament in each of Bozeman's three seasons, including back-to-back final 16 appearances in 2007 and 2008.
