Quarterbacks had a big day as Wake Forest ended spring drills with starter Riley Skinner and backup Brett Hodges combining to go 28 of 35 passing in the final scrimmage. But coach Jim Grobe warns against reading too much into that for what to expect from the Demon Deacons this fall.

"You probably shouldn't consider anything we do in the springtime as an indication of what we will do in the fall," Grobe told the Winston-Salem Journal. "Because we really look at everything known to man. Our playbook is probably empty right now, on both sides of the ball, from things we tried this spring.
