Barnes, who replaced Guy supporter Randy Spetman in March, said he has no plans to bring in his own coach to lead a program that hasn't finished above .500 since 1996.</p> <p>"Not even on the radar screen," he told the Utah Statesman. "We have our guy. Brent Guy is our guy."</p> <p>In addition to that vote of confidence, Guy's optimism for 2008 was further boosted by Utah State's most productive spring season in years.
