Oregon State post K.C. Ibekwe heads to NCAA transfer portal

Oregon State sophomore post K.C. Ibekwe has put his name in the NCAA transfer portal. The 6-foot-10, 285-pound Ibekwe is the fourth OSU men's basketball player to put his name in the portal since the season ended. Others are guards Christian Wright and Justin Rochelin , and forward Jayden Stevens . Ibekwe played in 29 games, starting 20, this past season. The British Columbia native averaged 4.9 points and 3.8 rebounds a game. Ibekwe scored a career-high 14 points against Cal Poly in December. Ibekwe was a promising post, but foul trouble often hampered his playing time. Although Ibekwe never fouled out of the game last season, he had four fouls in 14 games.
