On the Hoof: Frost has a great frame with wide shoulders and strong legs.
Needs Improvement: The idea of him playing on the offensive side of the ball is silly. His skill set is made for defense and he does not have the elite hands to become a great receiver. Defensively he needs to play all-out on every down and chase the ball all over the field.
Most Impressive: For a defensive player he is off the charts athletically and has the makings of a great pass rusher. Frost also is a natural in his backpedal while having above-average ball skills for a linebacker. He has the size potential to project at several defensive positions.
Conclusion: Can he embrace playing defense full time? Like many elite linebacker prospects he will get his first opportunity to prove himself on special teams.
