On the Hoof: Has a smaller, lean upper body, but his lower half is much more developed and ready to take the punishment of college football. Right now he is built more like a smaller slot receiver or defensive back.
Needs Improvement: Will need to add serious upper body muscle mass if he is going to touch the ball more than 10 times a game early in his career.
Most Impressive: Possesses excellent speed and change of direction, causing defenders to snap off at the ankles trying to tackle him.
Conclusion: Most likely a red-shirt candidate unless he physically matures as a senior. Regardless, Morgan should make a dangerous return man and excellent third-down back because of his pass-catching abilities and elusiveness. Few people are as electric with the ball in their hands as Morgan is.
