Toledo beats Miami of Ohio 42-14

TOLEDO, Ohio (AP)—Morgan Williams ran for 330 yards and three touchdowns, including an 86-yarder, to lead Toledo past Miami of Ohio 42-14 Friday night.

Williams had an eight-yard touchdown run in the first quarter. Quarterback Aaron Oppelt followed with a one yard rushing TD at the start of the second and then Williams broke free for his long run with 8:03 left in the half to put Toledo (3-8, 2-5 Mid-American) up 21-0.

Williams’ third touchdown, a 14-yard run in the fourth, made it 35-14, sealing the win.

Miami quarterback Dan Raudabaugh and receiver Chris Givens hooked up for two touchdowns, including a 30-yard pass in the third. Givens caught nine passes for 85 yards and Raudabaugh was 29 for 46 for 196 yards and two interceptions for the RedHawks (2-9, 1-6).

Nick Moore caught nine passes for 92 yards for the Rockets.
