Hall is a big bodied and skilled presence inside with very good hands. His lateral quickness, speed and explosiveness off the floor need improving.

Jerry Meyer serves as a national scout and recruiting analyst for He played at Lipscomb University where be became college basketball's all-time career assist leader. Meyer earned Mr. Basketball honors in the state of Tennessee as a high school junior and senior. He has served as an assistant coach at Vanderbilt and also co-authored the book, "Basketball Skills and Drills."

Hall set to take his game to the next level04/04/2006

J.K. Mullen recently won its second 5A state championship on the hardwood in the last six years. The Mustangs were led by Ray Hall, who finished his high school career in fine fashion. The 6-foot-11 center shot an eye-opening 76.6 percent from the field and averaged 19.7 points this past season. Using his height to score the basketball at a high percentage is not Hall's only attribute out on the court. More inside.
