Tied at 51 with 3:59 remaining, a free throw by James Vincent and two Devonta White baskets put Georgia State ahead 56-51 with 1:47 left to play.
White’s basket would be the last points for the Panthers as Troy responded scoring the last six points of the game. Antoine Myers scored five straight points— two layups and a free throw— to tie the game at 56, and then Chambers hit the decisive free throw to give the Trojans the edge.
White led the Panthers with 13 points.
